School

We are also hoping that you can help us out with back to school supplies this fall as our program is not being sponsored this year by FNS.  Sending children back to school can be very expensive and this program has been very well received in the past. I am including a list of back to school supplies requested in hopes that over the summer donations will come in so we have some supplies to offer our clients.

Here is an update:

• We now have sufficient quantities of 3 ring binders
• However the zippered type is still needed.
• New packages of crayons and pencils would also be appreciated.
• Everything else is still being collected.

Each year Beacon House runs a school supplies program in the month of August to assist families for Back to School requirements. Please see the attached picture of some of the items that are often most requested. These items can be donated to Beacon House either through the Food Bank or Retail store during our regular business hours.
