A letter to the community from Deacon Rod Rowlands, CEO Beacon House.

Dear Friends,

As we are now well into week three of this “new normal” we are living in due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I want to give you a brief update on how Beacon House is coping.

Firstly, I want to ensure you that by the devotion of a small number of people we have been able to keep the food bank open with reduced hours Monday to Friday.  Operational times are
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, and Thursdays 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Top Ten School Supplies for Sept 2018

Submitted by admin on Wed, 05/30/2018 - 13:48

We are also hoping that you can help us out with back to school supplies this fall as our program is not being sponsored this year by FNS.  Sending children back to school can be very expensive and this program has been very well received in the past. I am including a list of back to school supplies requested in hopes that over the summer donations will come in so we have some supplies to offer our clients.

Thank you so much for your continued support and and I hope everyone enjoys the summer months!
